San Antonio, Texas – October 1, 2001 -- Synercard Corporation, the software product company behind the critically acclaimed Asure ID Family of Products™, has announced the Version 4.0 editions of its existing photo ID software products as well as a ground breaking new product, Asure ID Connect™. All the new products will be available in November.

Asure ID Connect is FREE photo ID software that will be distributed through Synercard’s international network of value-added resellers and allows small businesses to easily design their own photo ID cards and have them securely sent via the Internet to an Asure ID Card Service Bureau in a “ready to print” format.

With the release of Asure ID Connect, small companies and organizations will be able to affordably introduce advanced photo ID cards to their employees and members. Photo ID cards can be used to enhance security and in a host of other applications. With small business driving economic growth, Synercard and its partners will be meeting the needs of a massive and growing new market.
