Zeosoft Technology Group Signs OEM Agreement with Synercard and Announces
Mobile Badging Technology, Branded as Asure ID Mobile, at ISC West
Zeosoft's Mobile Badging Technology Expedites the Creation and Issuance
of Secure Photo ID Badges from Remote Locations
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 25, 2004 - Zeosoft™ Technology Group,
Inc., a pioneer of mobile infrastructure software and application development
technologies, today announced an OEM distribution agreement with Synercard
Corporation, a leading provider of intuitive, fully interoperable digital
identity software solutions. Under this OEM agreement, Synercard will
market and sell an OEM version of Zeosoft's Mobile Badger™ with its
leading Asure ID™ software through its worldwide distribution channel.
Synercard will be extending its software capabilities to the wireless
environment with the spring 2004 release of Asure ID Mobile. This cutting-edge
add-on to Synercard's core software package will allow Asure ID customers
to enroll, verify, and process photo ID's remotely using a wireless PDA.
Issuing photo ID badges wirelessly and from remote locations helps lower
badging costs, increase employee efficiency, and reduce congestion during
peak ID processing periods. By capturing photos and text on a handheld,
businesses can: expedite the badging process in multiple buildings or
stations, instantly retrieve ID's for positive identification, and manage
high volumes of ID issuance at large public venues. By integrating the
Asure ID Mobile technology with current security systems, organizations
can leverage wireless technology to expedite the complex enrollment and
verification process associated with managing high transaction volumes
typical for large corporations, schools, visitor/lobbies, casinos, first
response emergency services and large sports and entertainment venues.
