Thank you for choosing to use HID Identity’s ‘Web Registration’ page to activate your Asure ID software.

The ‘Web Registration’ tool found on the following page provides Asure ID users a convenient alternative to the ‘Register Online’ and ‘Register Offline’ options available within the Asure ID software.

Please follow the simple steps below to register your software. If you would like to skip these instructions, you will be taken directly to the registration webpage.

1. From with in the Asure ID software choose ‘Register Offline’.

2. Highlight and copy the code found in ‘Initialization ID’ field. If the computer you will use to perform the web registration is on separate computer from the one you installed the Asure ID software onto, please write down the ‘Initialization ID’ code onto a piece of paper. Please ensure that the code is copied exactly as it is displayed.

3. Paste the ‘Initialization ID’ code into the ‘Initialization ID’ field found at the top of the ‘Web Registration’ webpage.

4. Complete the web registration form and press the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the webpage.

5. Within a few seconds the ‘Web Registration’ webpage will display an ‘Registration ID’ code.

6. Highlight and copy the ‘Registration ID’ code. If the computer you have installed the Asure ID software onto is on a separate computer from the one you performed the web registration on, please write down the ‘Registration ID’ code onto a piece of paper. Please ensure that the code is copied exactly as it is displayed.

7. Paste the ‘Registration ID’ code into the ‘Installation ID’ (IID) field found on the ‘Offline Registration’ page within the Asure ID software.

8. Press the ‘OK’ button found on the ‘Offline Registration’ page within the Asure ID software.

Congratulations! You have successfully registered your Asure ID software.
